Fees

Fees for handwriting and document examination services are as follows.

(simple cases of one or two questioned signatures and up to six known signatures)

Handwriting examination and comparison

Lab Work

Oral Report

Written Statement of Opinion

Court Preparation Services

Written Report

Preliminary Affidavit and/or Final Affidavit

Exhibits for Judge, Jury, and opposing Counsel

Deposition – $800.00

Includes:  Document Processing, Mailing, and up to 4 hours of deposition time.

Court appearances are $1,000 a day.  Payment is to be made upon arrival at the courthouse and is non-refundable (whether I appear in court that day or not court fees are non-refundable).

Checks (personal or cashier’s) need to be made out to FHAC.  You may pay by PayPal if using a credit card or to make a one-time payment.  CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED!
